These terms describe the general conditions for using Texliff websites, requesting quotes, and purchasing translation or interpretation services. By submitting a request or approving a quote, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share any documents, meeting details, or billing information submitted to Texliff.

Quotes And Orders

Quotes are based on the files, language pairs, service type, deadlines, delivery format, and appointment details available at the time of review. If scope, turnaround, file quality, word count, formatting needs, location, or schedule changes, Texliff may revise pricing or delivery timelines before work continues.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete source materials, accurate contact information, clear instructions, and timely responses to project questions. For interpretation assignments, customers are responsible for confirming the location, platform, access instructions, start time, expected duration, and any special security or check-in requirements.

Delivery And Acceptance

Texliff works to meet confirmed deadlines, but delivery may depend on file quality, customer responsiveness, language availability, payment status, and technical access. Customers should review delivered translations promptly and notify Texliff of any service-related concerns so they can be evaluated and addressed.

Payments And Cancellations

Payment terms, deposits, cancellation rules, and additional-time charges may vary by service type and quote. Interpretation assignments may require minimum billing windows, travel considerations, or fees for late changes. Translation work may be non-cancellable after production begins.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Texliff services or systems to submit unlawful materials, interfere with service operations, misrepresent your authority, or attempt unauthorized access to customer, linguist, admin, upload, or API areas. Texliff may decline or pause service requests that present operational, legal, or security concerns.
